I placed my order on January 1st. It's now the 10th, and still no sign of the mat. Could be DHL's issue, but they claim they received incorrect details. They promised it would arrive today, but now it's been delayed again. No clue what's going on. Feels like the sales department is a bit clueless.

This mat does a fantastic job of keeping my new carpet safe from my desk chair's wear and tear. It arrived quickly in a sturdy, flat package made of clear plastic. Super easy to set up. Just a heads up, though—my chair glides around on it like nobody's business! The first time I plopped down, I shot back pretty fast!
